IS Calculations app for iPhone and iPad

This application makes performing intrinsic safety loop calculations easy.
Simply select from a range of instruments, barriers and cables and the application will determine compliance in accordance with AS/NSZ 60079.25 which is also in general compliance with IEC AS 60079.25.

In order to produce a report a minimum of data must be provided:
1. Instrument
2. Barrier
3. Cable
4. Cable Lengths
5. Hazardous Area Environment Criteria

There is also the ability to insert an in-loop device for inclusion into the assessment.

Access to the menus is via selecting "ASSOCIATED DEVICE", "FIELD DEVICE" or "CABLE", which will take you to a selection screen. This application comes pre-loaded with some barriers, cables and instruments.
Users can add their own data and build up their own database depending on individual requirements.

To change the units for each variable, select the units descriptor and this will provide a pop up to change the units. A change in units is then reflected in the output report.

Once there is sufficient data to conduct an assessment, the report can be viewed or shared to social media.

The output report is created to provide all information on a typical engineering drawing. The fields on the drawing can be entered via the "ASSIGN DRAWING FIELDS" button. In addition, users can add their own Companys logo, which will also be inserted into the output drawing.
